Meditation

   This morning I woke up and was feeling very tired and stressed. It has been a rough week at work, and I was feeling like I had a million things on my mind. As I was getting ready for work, I went on to you tube and decided to look up a how to meditate video. My girlfriends mom raves about it so I thought I would give it a try. I sat down, crossed my legs and arms, and followed the instructions in the video. Wow!! I've never felt such peace and relaxation. It was as if all my problems, stresses, and worries floated away, and I had a clear mind. It was a very spiritual and outside of body experience that I highly recommend everyone try, you wont regret it!

Go To Australia!

   I just want to write a short blog about my favorite place on earth, so far.  I traveled to to Australia about 4 years ago from BC Canada. I traveled with a friend to experience warm surf and girls, but I what I got was so much more. Don't get me wrong, Australia has amazing surf and gorgeous girls, but its a huge country with something to offer for any type of person. I traveled up the east coast then decided to stay and work in a place called Noosa, near Brisbane. I worked for about five months in Noosa and traveled for another six.  I surfed my butt off on some of the best waves in the world at probably the best beaches in the world, but one of the best things about Australia is the people. Australians live a very healthy and motivating lifestyle, they definitely know how to live life to the fullest. So go to Australia! Its waiting for you!

Live Your LIfe The Way You Want To

   Contentment, the scariest word in the English language. Unfortunately far too many people in this world are content with there lives even though deep down they are very unhappy.  I feel like everyone in my life is ok with not living it. What I mean by this is when you ask most people what there ideal life would look like they tell you stuff that is totally attainable! Live by the beach, be fit, travel, etc.. Too many people around me and you are content with the way there lives are going and okay with forgetting about there dreams and desires.
   So sit down, write a list of all things you would like to experience in your life, then write down your plan to do them. Like Nike says, "just do it!" You'll be a member of a very small group that lives on there terms, not societies.
